From the M1, exit the motorway at junction 13.  Follow the A421 Bedford Road through Brogborough.

Continue on over the roundabout and past the Holiday Inn hotel on your left to the bypass. 
Take the next right, Green Lane, into Stewartby village.  Follow the road past the Hanson Brickworks.   You will find the Broadmead business park on your right.
